WI Evening & NOC PCA's

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated PCA's to provide support to individuals in the Hudson and Amery communities. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving, particularly in settings such as assisted living, nursing homes, home care, or group homes. This role requires a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
EVENING AND OVERNIGHT AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED!

Duties

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Engage clients in social activities and promote their emotional well-being through companionship and conversation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of living spaces, ensuring a safe environment for all clients.
• Utilize our app systems for documentation and communications.
• Operate equipment such as Hoyer lifts and Sit to Stands devices safely when assisting clients with mobility challenges.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, social workers, and other staff to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in senior care, long-term care, or home & community care is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, families and co-workers.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle insurance.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
