• Serve as a vital point of contact for our customers
• Process daily transactions
• Balance a teller drawer daily
• Help customers in-person, over the phone, or online with any banking needs they have
• Explain, promote, and sell bank products and services

The bank is headquartered in Hudson and has four additional offices to serve its customers — Elmwood, Menomonie, Roberts, and Woodville.

There may be other daily and on demand duties as necessary.

Applicants must possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Cash handling and some computer skills are preferred. Prior banking experience is considered a plus but is not required. Applicants must have the ability to operate a computer, telephone, fax, postage machine, coin and currency counter, and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
