Position Summary

The Order Resolution Specialist will exemplify a core focus on accurate and timely sales order evaluation, processing, and recognition across Arhaus’ nationwide delivery network. As a central role within the Arhaus Logistics environment, the specialist will lead by example in making the right decision for our customers and keeping the customer experience as a top priority.

The specialist will also have a deep involvement with understanding and reviewing the multi‑system transactions that occur throughout the lifespan of an order, and how to cross‑functionally address variances to solve for our customers’ account accuracy as well as our inventory on hand accuracy.

The ideal candidate demonstrates consistent problem‑solving judgment, strong analytical skills, and an eagerness and willingness to constantly improve.

This role is based at the Arhaus Boston Heights Corporate Campus main building and is an integral part to being the best logistics team in retail.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly open order audits to identify all deliveries within a prescribed timeframe, ensuring orders are reviewed and actioned appropriately through to the ERP system.
  • Participate in review of open orders in a SOX compliant control environment.
  • Contribute to assigned case load of reviewing and actioning logistics help‑request tickets from both internal teams and external business partners.
  • Assist internal business teams both within and outside Arhaus Supply Chain to achieve task or project goals on both a scheduled and as‑needed basis.
  • Work to continually improve processes within the role and cross‑functionally, always looking for areas of accuracy improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Understand and interpret large data needs and processing asks, utilizing multiple reporting services to resolve order issues.
  • Understand the intricacies and systematic interactions of ERP, WMS, and other logistics and order management systems to efficiently monitor and move inventory while accounting for the subsequent customer order impact.
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed, while striving to be a role model associate.
Competencies, Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education:

    High school diploma; college degree preferred.
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration, relationship‑building, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead discussions with cross‑functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams) and inventory management tools.
  • Minimum 1 year of inventory control experience, ranging from cycle counting, WMS and ERP system experience with research and corrective actions, to sales order exception auditing and processing.
  • Understanding of general logistics and warehousing work practices, including order processing, picking, shipping and delivery/return processes and procedures.
  • Dedicated to business needs with flexibility on work hours if necessary; demonstrated ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Experience in public company environments and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., SOX) is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to thoroughly manage time and all assigned tasks at both an individual and a team level.
  • Builds respectful and effective working relationships; collaborates with others to achieve common goals and is always willing to learn and lead.
  • Brings an All‑In attitude to the workspace every day.
