• Engage with.submitted customers to ask the right questions and make personalized product recommendations.
• Become an expert in our unique spice blends and teas to share product knowledge with confidence.
• Assist with store displays, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment.
• Cross‑train to help with blending and packaging our small‑batch gourmet products.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our point‑of‑sale system.

• A passion for food, flavor, and making others feel welcome.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer‑first attitude.
• Comfort using point‑of‑sale systems and basic technology.
• A team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays – must have day shift availability.
• Ability to tolerate working in a strongly aromatic workplace.

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour.
