Product Development Coordinator at Arhaus participates in the product development process for assigned categories, collaborating cross‑functionally with management, store operations, marketing, planning, sourcing, and merchandising. The role supports sample procurement, data management, proofing, and timely product launch across web and catalog channels.

Responsibilities- Compile information for sample assortment seasonally from start to finish.
- Manage Category/Division Inbox with timely responses.
- Handle sample purchase order management and track sample status from vendor to Arhaus warehouse.
- Collaborate with the web team to ensure product launches are timely and accurately represented on the Arhaus website.
- Proof product information for catalog and web copy.
- Coordinate transfer of new product samples to sample room, photo studio, and catalog photoshoots.
- Manage material references shipped to vendors and maintain finish/material libraries.
- Work with Associate Product Developer, Product Developer, and CMO to develop products that meet market and assortment needs.
- Maintain vendor relationships and support buyers on special projects (e.g., competitor recaps, assortment board creation).
- Accountable for commitments and objectives.
- Proactively surface challenges and collaborate on solutions.
- Support efficient workflow from ideation to administration.
- Research customer preferences and trends.
- Quick learner with analytical mindset, able to understand interrelated systems.
- High sense of urgency and multi‑priority management.
- Detail‑oriented.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent time‑management skills.
- Experience with retail inventory software (plus).
- Customer service or prior retail experience (plus).
