Key Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the AS9100D / ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
- Implement and enforce quality control standards across operations
- Monitor product quality throughout production to ensure consistency and compliance
- Lead internal and external audits with confidence and authority
- Drive corrective action strategy, root cause analysis, and preventative initiatives
- Serve as the primary quality liaison with customers and regulatory bodies

- Collaborate with Production and Engineering to reduce defects and improve processes
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership on quality metrics and trends
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
- Oversee and perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections when needed
- Review and approve First Article Inspections (FAIs)
- Ensure effective use of inspection equipment including CMM
- Lead, mentor, and develop QC Inspectors
- Establish performance standards, accountability, and training plans
- Build a culture focused on precision, ownership, and continuous improvement
