Position Summary

The Bath General Manager is responsible for leading the business unit focused on bath remodeling services. This role drives revenue growth, ensures operational excellence, and oversees sales, installation, customer experience, and profitability. The Bath General Manager manages cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations/Installation, and Service), implements strategic initiatives to grow market share, and maintains high quality and customer satisfaction standards in line with the company’s brand and warranty commitments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own full P&L responsibility for the bath remodeling business, including revenue growth, margin performance, and cost control.
  • Lead and develop Sales, Operations, Installation, and Service teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and high performance.
  • Execute and optimize sales strategy, including lead conversion, pricing discipline, and sales coaching to consistently exceed targets.
  • Oversee field operations and installation quality, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with warranty and industry standards.
  • Champion an exceptional end-to-end customer experience, from initial consultation through project completion and post-install service.
  • Implement scalable operational processes for scheduling, capacity planning, inventory management, and labor efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends, performance metrics, and customer feedback to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and compliance requirements across all bath operations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, HR, and Leadership to support strategic initiatives and expansion.
  • Build and sustain a performance-driven culture focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Education and Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Experience

  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction, home services, or bath remodeling services.
  • An additional 3+ years of relevant experience may substitute for formal education.

  • Proven track record leading multi-functional teams and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong operational, analytical, and financial acumen, including P&L responsibility.
