- Report directly to the CIO and own the technical environment for our Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
- Key role in building the company's tools, assets, and improving technical processes and procedures.
- Help implement Dynamics Financial module.
- Expand our SCM module to additional operation facilities in North America.
- Own the Dynamics
365 environment for over 400 employees. - Lead the technical design and architecture of the Dynamics 365 solution, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Develop, customize and configure the Dynamics 365 modules, using tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Azure services.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing of the Dynamics 365 solution, ensuring quality and functionality.
- Deploy and maintain the Dynamics 365 solution, using tools such as Dev Ops, Azure Dev Ops and Power Platform Admin Center.
- Manage the project team, including developers, testers, analysts and consultants, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication.
- Manage the project stakeholders, including business users, sponsors and vendors, ensuring clear expectations and feedback.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the Dynamics 365 solution, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 F/O experience, including at least three years in a solution architect or senior technical design role.
- 5+ full-life cycle MS Dynamics 365 with F/O (Finance & Operations).
- Experience with modifications in Dynamics F&O solutions across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Cost Accounting.
- Experience in business requirement documentation & design documentation.
- Translating technical requirements with key business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree (Must have requirement); preferably a technical degree but not required.
- The role bridges technical architecture, business process design, and operations, creating a unified digital ecosystem that connects shop floor activity with financial outcomes.
- Partners with Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT leadership to standardize processes, automate key steps, and establish governance and data integrity across.
