• Develop Organizational & Leadership Strategies:
  • Create and implement strategies for leadership and organizational development.
  • Ensure these strategies align with company goals.
• Create and manage training programs that help employees grow and meet company needs.
• Integrate various learning formats like in-person sessions, digital content, and coaching.
• Enhance Employee
  
  Experience:
  • Lead initiatives for onboarding and early experiences at Arhaus to align with our company values and standards.
  • Evaluate and Improve Training Impact:
    Manage tools and platforms to deliver training seamlessly. Set metrics to track and report on the impact of training programs.
• Collaborate on Future Goals:
  • Partner with HR and other leaders to align training with company needs and trends.
  • Manage vendor relationships to enhance learning solutions.

• 10+ years in organizational or leadership development, preferably in a premium or high-growth industry.
• 7+ years of experience in coaching and influencing senior leaders.
• Experience in designing relevant and engaging training programs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence across all company levels.
• Capable of strategic planning and hands‑on execution.
• Experience managing complex projects and ensuring quality results.
