Financial Director

LHH is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Finance & Accounting to join our Executive Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role plays a critical part in strengthening financial performance, operational discipline, and long-term growth.

• Lead Accounting, IT, and Cost/Pricing functions, ensuring leaders have the insights and tools they need to perform effectively
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO on financial, administrative, and strategic matters
• Direct accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes in alignment with holding company requirements
• Oversee product costing to support informed pricing decisions and profitability analysis
• Protect company assets through strong internal controls and disciplined financial practices
• Partner with the holding company’s IT leadership to guide system strategy and oversee technology initiatives
• Support the evaluation and analysis of potential acquisition opportunities
• Collaborate on benefits strategy, workers’ compensation programs, and pension plan reporting

• 12-20 years of progressive finance and accounting experience
• Manufacturing experience with ERP systems (implementation experience is a strong plus)
• 5 years of people leadership experience
