Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager

We are seeking a
Staff Accountant to support our growing multi-entity organization across Etactics, Open Practice, and K2 GRC. This role is ideal for an early-career accounting professional who has earned a CPA or is actively pursuing licensure and wants exposure to real-world accounting operations in a SaaS and healthcare-adjacent environment.

You will work closely with senior accounting leadership to support month-end close, accounting controls, and process improvement across multiple operating companies. This is a hands-on role with strong growth potential.

• Support monthly and quarterly close processes
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Assist with multi-entity accounting and consolidation
• Support audit, SOC, and compliance requests with accurate accounting documentation
• Help maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Partner with Accounting, Operations, and Compliance teams as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting quality

• CPA license OR actively pursuing CPA licensure (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 0–2 years of accounting experience (public or private experience acceptable)
• Strong understanding of GAAP fundamentals
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working across multiple entities and accounting systems
• Curious, coachable, and eager to grow professionally

• Experience with SaaS or healthcare organizations
• Exposure to audits, or compliance environments
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems (
  SAP
  )
• Advanced Excel skills
