Position: Senior Accountant
Location: On-site – Hudson, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and journal entries
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes
- Reconcile accounts and maintain an accurate general ledger
- Analyze financial data and trends to support business planning
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain and enhance internal controls and procedures
- Mentor junior accounting staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial matters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification preferred or required
- 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Net Suite, SAP) and advanced Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective leadership and communication abilities
