Base pay range$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr
What you’ll doThe freezer, cooler, and deli stocker role supports operations, customer service, and food safety in Sam’s Club stores. You will:
- Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
- Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area in accordance with company policies; handle claims and returns; receive and stock merchandise; set up, clean, and organize displays; remove damaged goods; price and tag merchandise; complete required audits and documentation; secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
- Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues.
- Follow company policies related to the Freezer/Cooler area by complying with food handling policies; operate, repair, and sanitize equipment; follow Cold Chain procedures when stocking; clean the area; monitor fans, drains, and doors; report issues to Management.
You will also help promote the company’s products and services and contribute to a clean, safe, and member-ready environment.
