Member Assist Cart Attendant at Sam's Club

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

• In the member assist – cart attendant role, ensure a well-kept parking lot and assist members with their purchases; ensure carts are ready and available.
• Assist members loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience.
• Be on your feet and on the go in all weather conditions to support members and store operations.
• Maintain a positive attitude by greeting and thanking members; provide exceptional customer service across the club as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
• Assist with transporting items, locating and organizing merchandise, and ensuring availability of carts/flatbeds.
• Promote the company's products and services and follow company policies and procedures.
• Support safety and cleanliness of the facility and comply with security and safety procedures.

• Ensure club pickup orders are fulfilled by contacting members about delays, informing about unavailability, and offering alternatives; prepare items for pickup and resolve member issues.
• Assist with payments and purchases as needed, using cash registers and processing different membership and payment types.
• Support maintaining parking lot cleanliness and cart retrieval following company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics; practice Open Door Policy and apply these in daily work.
• Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; manage priorities and deadlines; communicate progress and improvements.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Some benefits and eligibility requirements apply; see One.
