LPN - Outpatient Clinic

Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse Location

New Hampshire

This is a 13‑week contract position.

The Health Care Resource Center is seeking an empathetic and detail‑oriented Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our treatment team. In this role, you will dispense prescribed medications, maintain dispensing equipment, manage medication inventory, and partner with physicians and nursing supervisors to report patient treatment information. The ideal candidate will work cooperatively with supervisory counseling staff, demonstrating a non‑judgmental and accepting attitude toward those with Substance Use Disorders.

• Administer daily medication to patients following program policy and medical protocols.
• Utilize automated dispensing systems and maintain dispensing equipment.
• Produce and maintain appropriate records and reports as required by company protocol and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with security standards for the distribution and storage of controlled substances.
• Order, receive, and stock medication in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide daily assessments of patients and assist in orienting new nursing staff.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• 1+ Year of Medication Administration Experience - Required
• Opioid Addiction Center Experience - Highly Preferred
• Active BLS Certification - Required
• Skills Checklist (current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty) - Required
• 2 Supervisory Reference Forms Completed within the last two years - Required
• Active New Hampshire/NH or compact License - Required
