C&M Precision Tech has recently launched a dedicated 2nd shift and is building a strong team of CNC machinists who take pride in precision, consistency, and craftsmanship. These roles are critical to maintaining throughput, quality, and on-time delivery across high-volume production programs.

The Work You’ll Be DoingIn this role, you will:
- Operate and/or set up Swiss-style CNC machines and CNC lathes
- Run high-volume, repeat production jobs
- Load and verify CNC programs
- Set tooling, offsets, and work holding
- Monitor processes and make necessary adjustments
- Perform in-process checks and basic inspections
- Maintain quality, efficiency, and safety standards
- For senior candidates: provide guidance or leadership on shift

Machines, Controls & EquipmentYou’ll work with industry-leading equipment, including:
- Swiss Machines: Citizen, Star
- CNC Lathes: Eurotech
- Features: Live tooling, bar feeders, multi-axis capability
- Tolerances: Regularly holding ±0.0001"

What We’re Looking ForRequired:
- CNC machining experience (Swiss and/or CNC lathe)
- Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances
- Comfortable running production parts independently
- Strong attention to detail and process consistency
Preferred (Not Required):
- Setup experience
- Experience with Citizen, Star, or Eurotech machines
- Leadership or team lead experience
- Aerospace or defense manufacturing background
