Come build your career with BAE Systems. We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Operations Program Manager (OPM) to support multiple contracts in the Maritime Sensors and Systems (MSS) product area.
* This position oversees and manages the Operations scope, quality, cost and schedule - and serves as liaison between project management, factory production and support (supply chain, quality, technical operations, etc.) and Operations line management.

* Main Operations focal point for a major Production and Sustainment program.

* Ensures program forecasts are updated accordingly and that all factories are aware of their future demand and staffing needs.

* Needs to identify and mitigate technical and schedule risks to program execution.

* Interface and coordinate production priorities within the Product Line.
Reporting to the lead OPM for the MSS Product Area in Hudson NH - SEAS factory. Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite 3-4 days per week and remotely 1-2 days per week. Required Education, Experience, & Skills
* Typically, a bachelor's degree and 6 years work experience, or equivalent experience

Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
