We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Accountant to support a growing operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory and cost accounting, analyzing key financial drivers, and partnering with cross?functional teams to improve processes and financial performance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of cost accounting principles, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Manage and monitor raw material, consumable, and inventory accuracy.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to identify excess/obsolete inventory and recommend action plans.
• Review and analyze job close variances and provide root?cause insights.
• Support month?end close for inventory and cost of sales, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Maintain strong financial controls and recommend improvements.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and contribute to special projects.
• Prepare audit schedules and support internal and external audit requests.
• Assist with ERP cost?accounting setup, system accuracy, and data integrity.
• Develop and update process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain organized and compliant accounting records.
• Partner with cross?functional teams to support operational needs and continuous improvement efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in cost accounting.
• Strong understanding of cost and inventory accounting principles.
• Highly analytical with strong problem?solving and conceptual skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
