Epoxy Floor Installation Crew Leader

Job Description:

The Crew Leader is responsible for the overall installation of our Epoxy coating system. We focus on residential garage floors but apply our product to most cement surfaces in residential or commercial settings. The Crew Leader reports to the Owner/General Manager and will be responsible for supervising 1-2 employees. Main responsibilities include training, safety, quality control, and customer service. The Crew Leader will be expected to be on duty for all shifts.

Job Summary

As the Crew Leader you will be the lead installer of our Epoxy Coating System. You will create beautifully finished spaces for our customers, mostly in residential garages. On an average day, you will prepare our install truck with the tools and materials to do each job and drive to the customer's location. You will then prepare the cement surface and install our 3-layer granite epoxy coating system.

Responsibilities

* Overall responsibility for quality installation of our product

* Directly supervise at least one employee

* Arrive at the customers house at scheduled times with a prepared staff and box truck

* Use of several hand-tools and industrial machines

* Use of paint rollers, brushes and professional painting techniques

* Concrete grinding and crack repair

* Mix 2-part epoxy and polyaspartic products and rapidly apply them before they cure

* Machine and equipment care and maintenance

* Tool and material inventory management

* Moderate to heavy lifting

* Detail and quality oriented

* Reliable, professional and ability to speak with customers

* Work in unison as a member of a 2 or 3 person crew

Qualifications

* Experience in Epoxy Flooring is Required

* Ability to lift 50lbs

* Driver's License (required)

* Work authorization (preferred)

* Epoxy Garage Floor: 3 years (preferred)

* Fluent English Required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

* Day shift

* Monday to Friday
