You Arrive To a Clean, Well-organized Floor And Review Your Travelers. The Work Ranges From Castings And Forgings To Plates, Bars, And One-off Custom Parts. You Set Up Both Engine And Large Lathes, Plan Your Approach, And
- Turn, face, bore, and thread large components, holding tight dimensions and surface finishes.
- Program and edit operations on Mazatrol controls, fine-tuning for both efficiency and precision.
- Verify results with micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators—adjusting offsets and tooling as needed.
- Collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot issues and keep production moving.
- Be the trusted maker of mission-critical defense components and systems across air, land, sea, and space—known for specialized capabilities, quality, and reliability.
- Design, manufacture, and build-to-print solutions that are innovative and cost-effective.
- Help our DoD, Prime, and Foreign Military customers—and the U.S. warfighter—achieve their missions.

- 3–5 years of hands-on machining experience or equivalent technical training.
- 3–5 years setting up both CNC and manual lathes.
- Experience with Mazatrol programming preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced production setting.
- Strong problem-solving instincts and a team-first mindset.

- Air Force AFSC: 2A7X1 – Aircraft Metals Technology
- Marine Corps MOS: 1316 – Metal Worker
