CNC Setup Technician – Haas Milling | Precision Machining | Greenfield, IN
Location: Greenfield, Indiana (On-Site)
Pay: $30–$40/hr DOE |
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7 AM–3:30 PM
Join our team as a CNC Setup Technician! You'll set up and operate Haas milling machines, create and modify CNC programs, inspect precision aluminum parts, and ensure high-quality production. Ideal for experienced CNC professionals looking to grow in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision aluminum parts.
- Create and modify CNC programs for efficient production (training provided).
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to maintain tight tolerances.
- Deburr, finish, and ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate in-process documentation.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- 3–5 years of CNC milling machine setup experience (Haas preferred).
- Proficient with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
