Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with weekend rotation if needed.

• Communicates effectively across pharmacy and/or corporate teams and with patients, and successfully resolves issues.
• Tracking all pharmacy documentation and entering into EMR system as necessary.
• Answers incoming calls.
• Takes messages and transfers callers to the designated party when applicable.
• Greets guests.
• Handles incoming mail.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law.
• Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician.
• 1+ years pharmacy or other healthcare-related experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of management and staff, vast knowledge of pharmacy terminology and process.
• Ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and mindfulness.

Constant sitting and typing on a keyboard with fingers, occasionally standing and walking. Ability to push/pull and lift/carry 21-30 lbs.

Percentage of Travel: 0-25%

Salary Range: USD $26.00 - $30.00 / Hour
