This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher at our Hudson, MA location. As a Teacher at Curious Kids Childcare, you will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities, creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children. Daily tasks include teaching and mentoring young learners, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development, and communicating effectively with parents and colleagues.

You will contribute to the growth and success of children by tailoring educational activities to their individual needs and ensuring their safety and well‑being at all times.

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning to create dynamic, age‑appropriate educational activities
• A strong foundation in Education and Teaching to support children’s developmental needs
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members
• Experience in Training to guide and mentor young learners effectively
• Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Early childhood education certification or relevant teaching credentials (preferred)
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children
• Commitment to professional growth and collaboration with a team
