We seek a creative out of box thinker with a keen understanding of impactful visual content for story-telling and education, to connect with our audience and grow brand affinity, loyalty and stewardship. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional visual design aesthetic, as well as a high curiosity forcross channel design. Responsible for delivering effective, eye-catching, on-brand, and on-strategy creative for websites, landing pages, email templates, social media, and banner ads.

Hybrid location requirements. Twice a week in office.

• In partnership with Content marketing, coordinate the conception, creation, and production of culturally resonant social media content for brand/business target audience for video and static assets
• Design digital marketing materials including email templates, website assets, social media, and banner ads.
• Create and produce engaging and high-quality short video content for various platforms.
• Evolve and create key brand elements, including infographics and icon library.
• Develop concepts based on notes, presentations and other provided materials.
• Gather data, information and materials necessary to prepare for upcoming projects and deadlines.
• Learn to problem solve through design
• Have an understanding of branding and direct marketing principles
• Design and produce occasional offline communications, including packaging
• Help direct photoshoots and coordinate with outside photographers

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience
• Proficient with Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, InDesign)
• A strong design portfolio that reflects creativity and an understanding of basic design principles
• Understanding of current trends on social media platforms such as Instagram and Tik Tok.
• Understanding of digital & email marketing (Ecommerce experience is a plus)
• Must be creative, thoughtful and forward-thinking.
• Must be both an independent worker and a strong team player
• Must be organized, hard-working and able to manage and stick to a schedule

• Proficient in website design or front end developing (Knowledge of responsive design is desired)
• Experience in photography
• Experience in marketing or a related fields
