We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our busy team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in order picking, operating a Powered Pallet Truck (PPT), and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves manual handling and heavy lifting, so a good level of physical fitness is required.
Job Responsibilities- Accurately pick and pack customer orders following company procedures
- Operate PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) safely and efficiently
- Load and unload deliveries
- Move, stack, and organise stock within the warehouse
- Carry out general warehouse duties including cleaning and maintaining a safe working environment
- Conduct stock checks and report discrepancies to the supervisor
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Previous warehouse experience (essential)
- Experience using a PPT (advantageous)
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills
