HGV Technician

£22.50p/h starting DOE, £1000 joining bonus, company van, Mon‑Fri (no shift work), OT paid at 150%

Are you an experienced HGV Technician looking for a role with great work‑life balance and a modern, well‑equipped workshop?

Due to business growth, we’re looking to expand our team with a skilled and motivated HGV Technician.

• Perform inspections, servicing, and maintenance on a range of heavy goods vehicles
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults
• Prepare vehicles for MOT testing
• Test, commission, and repair hook‑loader and skip‑loader equipment
• Attend customer sites and local breakdowns to complete minor repairs

You may currently be working as

• HGV Technician, HGV Fitter, Lorry Mechanic, Truck Fitter
• REME Engineer or a similar mechanical engineering role

You’ll need to hold:

• Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
