Customer Advisor - Trade Point

Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 6:00 am – 10:00 pm.

UK notional hourly rate £12.71 per hour (part‑time, 30 hours per week, 12‑month fixed‑term contract).

As a Trade Point Customer Advisor you’ll help deliver a great experience for our Trade Point members by engaging, listening and selling the right products and services.

Overview

The heart of the Tradepoint counter, you’ll deal with all kinds of trade members every day. You’ll take ownership of your Trade Point members and get to know them and their business through great conversations, positioning yourself to recommend the right products and services for them.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with trade members, listening and building relationships.
  • Recommend and sell suitable products and services to support their businesses.
  • Promote and enrol trade members in the trade loyalty scheme.
  • Continuously develop skills through training and peer learning.
  • Support team requirements, including working on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

  • Excellent communicator, able to work with a wide range of colleagues and customers.
  • Adaptable, able to modify approach in different situations.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and a keen eye for new business opportunities.
  • Team player, flexible and willing to work diverse shifts.
