Basic salary 47k Bonus OTE 67k company car

Our client is an independent car dealer group which operates a network of 60 dealerships around the UK. They are looking for a Used Car Sales Manager to join them at their Huddersfield dealership.

To drive the standard in customer care. To be responsible for the overall performance of the Used Car Sales department driving revenue growth and delivering the best in customer service.

• Meet and exceed sales targets on used car sales.
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and communicate this appropriately with customers, maximizing opportunities for value‑added sales.
• Grow and develop a sales team and help the sales team maximize profitability on all used vehicles.
• Provide a customer‑focused approach to help as many people enjoy the company motoring experience as much as possible.
• Anticipate and identify customer needs and meet and exceed them by relationship building, taking responsibility for resolving customer issues and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Work with customers to the highest ethical and professional standards to build long‑term profitable relationships.

• Proven track record in high‑value sales environments and a history of meeting your own sales targets ideally within a used car environment.
• Experience of managing a sales team to meet and exceed objectives.
• Understanding the needs of both customers and the company.
• Takes ownership in all aspects of the role.
• Full and valid UK driving licence.
