Lettings Negotiator

• Up to £30,000 basic salary (
  DOE
  ) + up to £4,000 OTE per annum (
  uncapped
  )
• Monday – Friday, generally between 09:00 – 17:00 (
  with flexibility
  )
• Occasional Saturday morning viewings (
  with time off in lieu
  )
• 22 days annual leave + bank holidays
• Mileage paid

• Registering applicants and managing enquiries
• Conducting property viewings
• Handling check-ins, check-outs and inventory inspections
• Booking and overseeing maintenance and repairs
• Managing compliance and keeping files up to date
• Using CRM systems
• Confidently closing tasks and following matters through to completion

• Organised, reliable and genuinely enjoys helping people
• Confident on the phone and comfortable having honest, professional conversations
• Able to handle more challenging landlord or tenant discussions
• Corporate experience welcomed, but personality and attitude matter most
