A great opportunity has arisen for a quality engineer to join a leading high-precisionmanufacture.
Job Description:- Perform in-process and final inspection of high-precision components.
- Work in accordance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System procedures.
- Complete detailed First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs).
- Manage and maintain the calibration of inspection and measurement equipment.
- Document all inspection results accurately within the QC system.
- Support production teams with quality-related queries and corrective actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the quality function.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a Quality Engineer or similar role in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Positive “can-do” attitude with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
- CMM programming skills (Mitutoyo MCosmos) are a strong advantage, but training will be provided.
- Experience with calibration system management.
- Ability to produce accurate First Article Inspection Reports.
- Excellent attention to detail.
