Dye Production Operative

What you'll be doing:

• Measuring, mixing, and preparing dyes and chemicals to precise production specifications.
• Operating and monitoring dye house machinery to ensure colour accuracy and consistency.
• Loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently.
• Carrying out quality checks to make sure colours, shades, and finishes meet high standards.
• Recording batch data and maintaining accurate production logs.
• Following health and safety guidelines and reporting any faults or concerns promptly.
• Working closely with your team to hit production targets and keep the dye house running smoothly.
• Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a dye house, textiles, or production environment (essential).
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Ability to work efficiently to deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual, on-your-feet work.
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures.
