Salary: £26,000 - £28,000

Stafforce Recruitment are seeking an experienced CMC Enclosing Machine Operator to join a fast‑paced and growing production environment in Huddersfield. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude and previous experience in enclosing or mailing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CMC enclosing machinery in line with job specifications
Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout production runs
Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Ensure accuracy of inserts, addressing, and finishing requirements
Complete production paperwork and quality control checks
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines

Requirements

Previous experience operating enclosing or mailing machinery (CMC experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Flexible approach to shift work when required

Shifts

Monday-Friday:
6:00am-1:30pm
1:30pm-9:00pm
Friday:
6:00am-12:00pm
12:00pm-6:00pm
Additional weekends:
Typically 6:00am-1:00pm (as required)
