YourRole
As an Audio Visual Engineer, you'll be instrumental in delivering best-in-class AV systems throughout the UK. On any given week, you might be:
- Installing and commissioning projection systems, LED displays (internal & external), video walls, and digital signage.
- Configuring and maintaining LED displays using Novastar software.
- Setting up and troubleshooting CMS platforms, audio systems, and networked AV components.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults to deliver reliable, high-performance systems.
- Capturing project data, recording updates, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Proposing improvements to standard methods, processes, or tools.
- Working alongside project managers and operations to keep clients informed and satisfied.
They believe the right person for this role will:
- Have 2+ years' experience working in AV (ideally with projection, LED/video walls, digital signage, CMS).
- Be confident with IT and networking fundamentals.
- Demonstrate strong fault-finding skills and technical problem-solving.
- Be detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Possess a full, clean driving licence and be willing to travel regularly.
- Bring leadership qualities - mentoring or guiding less-experienced team members when needed.
- Communicate clearly - both with customers and internally.
- £30,000 to £35,000 per annum
