Private Client Solicitor; Head of Department

Overview

Leadership role in a well-established Yorkshire firm. Manage, mentor and grow the Private Client team in Huddersfield. £45,000–£70,000 | Hybrid working | Leadership development | Strong benefits.

• 5+ PQE Private Client Solicitor
• Strong track record of supervising or managing others
• Experience running a varied caseload of wills, trusts, probate, estate planning
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Confident decision-maker with a collaborative leadership style
• Some exposure to business development or marketing would be a bonus

• Lead and manage the Private Client team based in Huddersfield
• Supervise, mentor and develop junior team members
• Handle a large and varied caseload to a high standard
• Maintain excellent client care and uphold compliance procedures
• Support business development and marketing where appropriate
• Report directly to the Divisional Director and work closely with leadership across the firm

• Salary
  : £45,000–£70,000 depending on experience

  Two non-contractual bonuses per year
