Estimation Team Leader

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a company who are looking to recruit an Estimation Team Leader to manage and inspire a team of estimators. You’ll bridge the gap between sales and design, ensuring every project starts with a clear brief, accurate quotation, and commercially viable solution that meets client expectations.

• Lead, motivate, and support the team.
• Oversee accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of all quotations.
• Collaborate with sales to produce complete briefs and specifications.
• Balance creativity with commercial awareness to ensure profitability.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and team performance.

• Proven experience in estimation within interiors or furniture.
• IT literate with awareness of CAD an advantage.
• Previous experience of managing, leading or mentoring more junior staff.
• Strong commercial understanding of pricing, margins, and cost control.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
