Children's Care Assistant

• Pay from £13.00–£16.00 per hour (bank holidays £16 p/h)
• Paid mileage between visits (30p per mile)
• One-hour minimum visits – no rushing, time to build relationships
• Alternate weekends off and rotas given 4 weeks in advance
• 28 days paid holiday (pro rata) and pension scheme
• Fully paid training and support to gain diploma qualifications
• Carer awards, referral scheme, and a supportive, friendly team

You’ll provide care for children with complex needs, including medication, PEG feeding, epilepsy care, personal care, meal preparation, companionship, and social support.

Part‑time, ad‑hoc shifts around school hours:

• Weekdays: 7–9 am & 4–8 pm
• Weekends: block hours available
• Extra hours if also supporting adults

Experience supporting children with complex needs (essential)

• Driver with access to your own vehicle with business insurance
• Empathetic, reliable, and confident working with families
