Responsibilities

The successful candidate will offer Eating Disorder and Mental health assessment and intervention to young people with symptomology of Eating Disorders or ARFID, as well as engaging families to empower them all to support recovery. You will also support the wider team by working with the MDT with the young person at the centre. You will offer, as well as receiving robust clinical supervision both from your profession peers and within the wider team.

To use outcome measures to ensure that goals are being met and that the young person is moving towards recovery. Care planning and risk assessment are important parts of this role, as well as completing goal based outcomes as appropriate for the role. Maintaining a high standard of care and working within the Trusts values.

We are a specialist NHS Foundation Trust that provides community, mental health and learning disability services for the people of Barnsley, Calderdale, Kirklees and Wakefield. We also provide low and medium secure services and are the lead for the west Yorkshire secure provider collaborative.
