Salary: £12.71 – £13.77 per hour
Working Hours: Full Time – 2 days on / 4 days off
Hourly Rate: £12.71 – £13.77
Number of Sleeps Required: Yes
Pay Per Sleep: £50 per sleep

Service Users: YPs aged 7–18 | Complex Needs, Trauma, EBD
Qualifications Required: Level 3 / 4 Diploma in Children & Young People (desirable, not essential)
Experience in Years Required: Not essential – full training provided

The Home 🏡- Number of Beds: Small residential setting

We are looking for caring, resilient, and motivated Residential Support Workers who want to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people.
Key Responsibilities- Building positive relationships with young people, families, and professionals 🤝
- Supporting care plans and risk assessments
- Assisting with daily routines, education, and emotional wellbeing
- Managing challenging behaviour in a calm and consistent manner
- Maintaining accurate and high-quality records
🧠 No previous experience required – you will receive 3 weeks classroom training followed by 1 week of shadow shifts to ensure you feel confident and supported.
Do not apply for this role if any of the following apply to you- You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have access to a car
- You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care – this is not deemed equivalent
- You only have Health Care, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner experience
- You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available
Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.
