Overview
At Evolve Psychology Services, we empower clinicians with tools and support to focus on delivering exceptional care to children, young people, and their families. You will join a passionate, multidisciplinary team specialising in high-quality, evidence-based autism and ADHD assessments, through both NHS-funded and private pathways. This role will be within our Huddersfield Team and is a hybrid position, offering part-time and full-time options with a minimum of three days a week commitment.
As a Clinical Psychologist, you will contribute to comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments, helping to ensure timely and accurate diagnoses that lead to appropriate support and improved outcomes for families.

Our service specialises in high-quality, evidence-based assessments for autism and ADHD, delivered through both NHS-funded referrals and private pathways.
Main duties of the jobYou will contribute to comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments, helping ensure timely, accurate diagnoses that lead to improved outcomes for families.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting face-to-face structured observations
- Conducting remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers via Zoom
- Collaborating in peer MDT diagnostic discussions, supported by senior clinicians where needed
- Delivering clear, compassionate feedback to families
- Producing accurate clinical reports, including diagnostic formulations, with the aid of our AI-assisted tools
- Working efficiently to meet service KPIs
- Providing clinical supervision (where applicable)
- Additional responsibilities may include consultation to other clinicians, quality checking assessment reports, and contributing to service development projects
- Able to travel to a clinic base to conduct in-person assessments (hybrid role)

You will contribute to comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments, helping ensure timely, accurate diagnoses that lead to appropriate support and improved outcomes for families.

- Conducting remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers via Zoom
- Participating in peer MDT diagnostic discussions, supported by senior clinicians where needed
- Delivering clear, compassionate feedback to families
- Producing accurate clinical reports, including diagnostic formulations, with the help of AI-assisted tools
- Working to meet service KPIs
- Delivering clinical supervision (where applicable)
