We believe great care starts with caring for our team. As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll be supported, valued, and rewarded.

• Pay from £13.00–£16.00 per hour (bank holidays £16 p/h)
• Paid mileage between visits (30p per mile)
• One-hour minimum visits – no rushing, time to build relationships
• Alternate weekends off and rotas given 4 weeks in advance
• 28 days paid holiday (pro rata) and pension scheme
• Fully paid training and support to gain diploma qualifications
• Carer awards, referral scheme, and a supportive, friendly team

You’ll support people in their own homes, helping them live independently with dignity and respect. This may include medication support, personal care, meal preparation, light household tasks, and companionship.
