We are looking for an enthusiastic student to join our team specialising in Quality for our Plant VPI business unit in Huddersfield. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!

This ON-SITE role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence Summer 2026 .

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Assisting with the coordination of turbo approval activities for new product introduction - Line Approval process and handling of product
• Working both independently and within a team to support key tasks and projects
• Using problem solving skills to improve processes and procedures
• Representing and promoting Cummins Turbo Technologies to the customer, internally and externally

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Working towards a degree in an appropriate Mechanical or Automotive Engineering discipline
• Understanding of industrial or production engineering
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
