As Duct Cleaning & Legionella experts, Swiftclean provides services and training in all aspects of water, ventilation, and grease hygiene including TR19 Grease Compliance Cleaning & L8 Compliance to the public sector, utility companies, industrial, commercial, and retail clients.

• To act as a surveyor and consultant of air and water quality on behalf of the company, carrying out various assessments, including Legionella and Ventilation risk assessments in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8, on clients' premises throughout the UK.
• Liaise with customers, or their designated representatives, and agree on an appropriate plan of action if their site does not meet L8 requirements.
• To have regular communication with the Technical Sales Consultants to offer technical water and sales support.
• Carry out Legionella PPM tasks such as Temperature Monitoring, Service Inspections, and various other water-related services where required – i.e., Tank Cleaning, TMV Servicing, Closed Loop testing, remedial services, etc.

• City & Guilds - Legionella Risk Assessment or any other relevant qualifications.
• 3+ years experience within the legionella industry.
