Senior Quality Engineer

Senior Quality Engineer - Glamorgan (Hybrid) - up to £47,000  Relocation  Benefits -  I am currently recruiting for a Senior Quality Engineer to work for a cutting-edge technology company based in Glamorgan, but on a hybrid basis if applicable. Salary up to £47,000  Relocation  Benefits. The organisation has been in operation for many years and are worldwide leaders within the design, development, and manufacture of their highly intelligent products.

As a business they turnover north of £85m, employ 500 people and are constantly evolving their legacy products as well as designing and developing new innovative products to bring to market. In line with demand for their products and to support the business with their growth plans they have the need to appoint a Senior Quality Engineer on a permanent basis.

In this role as a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4 other engineers whilst being hands on ensuring that the quality of the products meet or exceed the expected standards whilst conforming with the necessary standards. You will be responsible for completing all APQP tasks which will include PPAPs, D/PFMEA'S, Control Plans, Capability Studies, FAIRS, DMAICs and CAPA'S.

Being a Senior, you will also be liaising with senior stakeholders in other departments as well as being involved in meetings which will primarily be with R&D and Projects. Essential Requirements:
Previous experience as a Quality Engineer or similar Previous experience with leading or managing other people Previous experience liaising with and managing other departments expectations Previous experience with AQPQ; PPAPs, D/PFMEA'S, Control Plans, Capability Studies, FAIRS, DMAICs and CAPA'S This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quality Engineer to work for a growing company who are working with some of the most advanced technology available.
