Grade: Range 5-7 of the NJC pay framework for Support Staff.
Salary: £25,159 - £25,951 per annum (pro rata £9,114.52 - £9,401.45).

As the print and copy administrator, you will run the day‑to‑day requirements of the college print and copy service, producing reprographics requests for staff and students and setting timescales.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills.
  • Good level of IT understanding and digital skills.
  • Ideally educated to Level 3 (A level or equivalent) or have experience of working in a reprographics role.
  • Passion for making a positive difference through self‑disciplined hard work, alignment with our ASPIRE values, humility and self‑reflective.
