Service Access Officer — Nights, CCTV & Public Service

A community service organization in Huddersfield is seeking a Service Access Officer to handle emergency telephone inquiries and monitor CCTV operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate sensitivity while providing customer service, particularly for vulnerable individuals. The job requires effective communication skills as well as successful completion of a DBS check and a CCTV Operators Licence. The role offers a mixed shift pattern including day and night shifts.
