Working Hours: Full-time | 22:30–08:00 | 4 nights on / 4 nights off

Service Users: YPs aged 7–18 | Complex Needs, Trauma, EBD
Qualifications
Required:
Level 3 / 4 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Workforce (desirable, not essential)
Experience in Years

We are seeking reliable, calm and committed Waking Night Support Workers who are passionate about supporting children and young people during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing positive relationships with young people, families and external professionals
- Supporting emotional wellbeing and maintaining a safe environment overnight
- Contributing to care plans and risk assessments
- Maintaining accurate and high-quality records
- Working independently, managing risk and using initiative
Training:
- 3 weeks classroom-based training
- 1 week of shadow shifts to ensure confidence and competence
- An established children’s residential care provider delivering complex care services
