Hours37.5 Hours Per Week, Monday to Sunday, 3 Shifts Per Week / 162.50 hours
Sleep-ins10 Per Month at £52 per sleep.

You will be supported by a Clinical in House Team as well as the Head of Care who is an Ex Ofsted Inspector.
Career ProgressionAdditionally, you will be enrolled in a fast-track Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care for Children. This qualification, combined with paid study leave, will equip you with the necessary expertise to excel as a Registered Manager.
Entry Requirements- Genuine passion for working with children and promoting their welfare.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Willingness to undergo training and professional development.
- DOLS experience is desirable
- Positive behaviour management training/understanding.
- Knowledge of the Children's Home Regulations and Ofsted Requirements.
- A driving licence.
- Paid Study Leave for your Level 5
- 30 days holiday (Including Bank Holidays).
