About the Role Are you a big-picture thinker who loves untangling complex problems and finding a better, faster way of doing things? This role is dedicated to understanding exactly how our business ticksfrom the moment a customer places an order to the final delivery. You will map out our workflows, spot the inefficiencies, and design the future state of our operations.
