Our Simply Biz Mortgage team are looking for a candidate with strong administrative skills who can provide support across the Sales and Development team. Essential skills include:

Role Overview

The Sales Support Adviser plays a pivotal role in supporting the Simply Biz Mortgages Sales and Development Team, driving operational excellence, efficient administration, and high-quality service delivery. The role supports scalable growth by managing core processes, improving data accuracy, and enhancing the overall member experience.

This will be a varied role and is essential in sustaining productivity, member satisfaction, and efficient internal workflows.

What you'll do Member Support
  • Create, manage, and maintain member agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Administer the full agreement lifecycle, including renewals and amendments.
  • Act as a key contact for members and partners on administrative queries.
  • Support Senior Management with exclusive event coordination, including invitations, responses, dietary needs, and activity planning.
Member Experience & Service Delivery
  • Analyse member feedback to identify service improvements.
  • Support onboarding to improve speed and quality.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to maintain high member satisfaction.
  • Provide first-line Help Desk support, triaging enquiries to the right teams.
Operational Administration & Efficiency
  • Maintain accurate member, partner, and business information within the CRM.
  • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and reporting activities for Sales operations.
  • Streamline workflows and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with processes.
Data & Reporting
  • Ensure CRM accuracy to support forecasting and decision-making.
  • Produce timely reports, dashboards, and insights for senior leadership.
  • Identify data trends to support strategic improvements.
  • Support Mortgage Brain transitions for key firms as required.
  • Assist financial summaries.
Education Support
  • Support virtual event delivery, including tech support or hosting if required.
  • Conduct event call-outs and proactively support members with event bookings.
Recruitment Support
  • Support recruitment activity through service calls and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with new General Insurance registrations, including pre-calls.
Partner Lender Support
  • Provide administrative support for lender updates, exclusive launches, and marketing activity.
  • Support lender reviews with administrative and diary and management.
Internal Team Support
  • Coordinate and assign Welcome Calls for new members to ensure timely onboarding reviews.
  • Schedule, organise, and communicate all team and management meetings efficiently.
  • Produce and share weekly Help Desk performance reports.
  • Prepare quarterly Sales data reports, giving Senior Managers insights for performance reviews.
What you'll need to succeed:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting sales, adviser, or partnership teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong CRM and data management capability.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach to improvement.
Desirable
  • Experience in the mortgage or financial services sector.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks within regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with adviser mortgage clubs or membership-based propositions.

Location: This is a hybrid role - your base will be our Huddersfield office.
