About The Role

HC‑One is looking for a Home Administrator to work full‑time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

As an administrator you will manage administrative systems and processes to help the Home Manager run services effectively. Your day‑to‑day work will include maintaining impeccable financial records and preparing reports, administering the Time & Attendance system, processing payroll and HR information, and always keeping Resident wellbeing in mind above all else.

Required Skills & Experience

• IT and administration qualification such as ECDL, plus admin or secretarial support experience in a busy office.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong time‑management and organisational skills.

• Positive energy, natural ability to get along with people and a genuine, kind attitude when communicating with Residents or co‑workers.

• Safeguarding awareness: ability to recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect, and knowledge of what to do if concerns arise. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas.
